The sandbox website is actually at: http://v3-sandbox.justgiving.com/ and that's not the production API URI, it's the new sandbox one.

It might be worth noting that https://api.sandbox.justgiving.com is a change from the original https://api-sandbox.justgiving.com (it broke some tools I'd written).
